We use the Filestage platform to review and get feedback from our clients.

For our freelancers, we create a separate workspace within filestage where we brief and gather all the necessary materials. We will upload the input images into your project folder so there is a V1 we can easily compare to.

When the images are ready for internal review, you can simply upload them following our guidelines.

For the uploading process it’s crucial that the image names remain as they are, to ensure that Filestage recognizes different versions. Upload your images by simply dragging your files into the review section, the existing versions will be replaced automatically.

Please resize your images to a size of 3500×3500 pixels, 300 DPI and saved in JPEG format with a quality setting of 10, and utilizing the sRGB color profile. This combination ensures an optimal display that has sufficient quality for evaluating details while also helping to minimize loading times.

Once all feedback is in, we'll give you a heads-up. After that, we can review the timings together and ensure everything is clear.

When images are good to go we'll ask you to upload the working psd files to either your workspace folder or transfer it to us.
